The client side was the issue, I was not hosting. This error is a common problem I found when searching this issue and found it related to Steam not Space Engineers. You can change your Steam server you connect to. I also noticed steam change their servers in my area from 3 to 1. The reason I posted was because, it worked for me and none of the other responses or posts worked.
